According to Eurostat (2017) in 2016, 63 300 asylum seekers applying for international protection in the Member States of the European Union (EU) were considered to be unaccompanied minors. Of the largest shares of unaccompanied minors among all young asylum applicants in 2016 was recorded notably in Cyprus, among other EU countries, reaching 32% percent. E-EVALINTO features in MMN’s Booklet of Case Studies

The E-EVALINTO project was included to the Booklet of case studies, testimonials and collaborative programs that was created within the framework of the Mediterranean Migration Network (MMN) project. In detail, CARDET is the coordinator of the Mediterranean Migration Network (www.migrationnetwork.org), an initiative that aims to establish a multilateral network with countries in the Mediterranean region.
